Services Provided

IKON Studio offers a variety of photography and videography services, including but not limited to:

  • Event Photography & Videography

  • Wedding Photography & Videography

  • Portrait Sessions

  • Commercial & Marketing Photography

  • Product Photography

  • Social Media Content Creation

The scope of services provided will be outlined in individual service agreements at the time of booking.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to access or use the services offered by IKON Studio. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our services.

 
Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the website or to purchase services, you may be required to register an account with IKON Studio. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account details updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 
Services of Terms

All bookings for services with IKON Studio are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. Services are offered at the pricing detailed on the website or discussed directly with the client during the booking process. For custom or bespoke services, prices will be agreed upon separately.

 
Payments and Refund Policy

  • Payments: Payments for all services must be made in full or according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Payment methods may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other agreed methods. All payments must be made in the local currency or as agreed.

  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to the following policies:

    • Deposits: Any deposit paid for booking services is non-refundable.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled shoot will allow for a rescheduling or a partial refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the shoot are non-refundable.

    • No-Show Policy: If the client fails to attend the scheduled shoot without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

    • Post-Shoot: Once photographs or videos have been delivered to the client, they are non-refundable, as the service has been rendered.

Usage of Content

  • Licensing: By using IKON Studio’s services, you grant us the right to use images and videos captured during the shoot for promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website and social media accounts. If you do not wish for your content to be used in this manner, you must inform us in writing at the time of booking.

  • Delivery of Final Work: Final images or videos will be delivered through the agreed method, including online galleries, USB drives, or other formats.

  • Copyright: All images and videos produced by IKON Studio are the property of IKON Studio unless otherwise agreed. You may request high-resolution copies or prints through our website or by contacting us directly.

 
Privacy and Data Protection

IKON Studio is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 
Client Responsibilities 

As a client, you agree to:

  • Ensure that all locations for shoots are accessible and provide necessary permissions for photography/videography.

  • Provide any necessary props, wardrobe, or additional materials required for your session.

  • Be on time for scheduled shoots to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

  • Inform IKON Studio of any specific requests, expectations, or concerns prior to the session.

 
Prohibited Use of Website

You agree not to use the website or services for:

  • Any illegal activity or to infringe upon the rights of IKON Studio or any third parties.

  • Transmitting viruses or malicious code that may affect the functioning of the website or the services provided.

  • Using the website to spam, harass, or otherwise harm other users.

Termination of Services
